I finally got it done and presentable.....here's my new sewing room. My honey had an air hockey table he wasn't using so a friend made a top for it and that's my work table - about the height of an ironing board. I love it!!!

a bit of my stash

Nice! Love the big table. Did you make your quilting set up? If so did you order the instructions from some place?

Your room looks nice!! I had to laugh at your air hockey table. My husband will not let me use our air hockey table for sewing. But he will is going to use it for his model airplanes.

Ok, to answer some questions....yes I can have play dates but I'm in Kingwood Texas, a bit of a commute. But come on down! The settee is being used as a pincushion, and I agree, it's adorable! I especially love thefringe around the bottom of it. As for my quilting setup, I'm not sure which you are referring to...the quilt frame? I bought that online from Kenneth Lund for $175.00 including shipping. It's a kit and you only have to provide the long tracks and the rods, total came to about $30 at Home Depot. Havent' used it yet tho, am kind of scared, and don't have anything to use it on yet either....
