Thread: Mom found this quilt top at a garage sale for $1.00....

    and she made a back for it and I quilted it....Love the pattern. I am going to copy it someday with scraps. This will be going to charity. Still needs the binding of course.

    I believe the lady that made this developed alzheimers and the family got rid of everything she had. She did every craft you could think of. She even had a kiln!

    What a wonderful find! I ran across 2 this summer for $25 each, but that would have taken all of weekend money so I passed. A quilt is at the top of my garage sale list for next year. I can hardly wait.
