It sure is pretty and matches her bedroom so well but it was a pain in the a__ to quilt. I do not have a long arm infact my machine only has a 6in throat. The back had a lot of issues because no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it smooth. My friend said no one was going to see the back so she didn't care and for me to proceed with it anyway. She had originally commissioned me to make it but I gave it to her as a Christmas present.
Oh, BTW it is an over sized king that hang down about 24 inches on each side. She wanted it to cover the bottom mattress and nearly touch the floor. I think she got what she wanted.

Here it is on her bed. She shows it off to everyone that comes in here home.

It is stunning! I am doing a 120x120 right now. (Big Calking) I have a Janome 6500 wiht the bigger opening but it is still just too much. Can't wait to have it behind me.
