It's a monumental quilt, and I would love to sleep in the bed it will go on - all that space would be delicious. (Not to mention a bedroom big enough to put it in) LOL.

Thanks for the feedback! Today is border day. She wanted a lace border sitting ontop a dark navy border, so the trick is to figure that out. I have some lace cloth material that I got, but the lace pattern is only heavy on the bottom so I've had to get creative on how to assemble it into something attractive. Then I have to attach the blue borders underneath it. I'll post more pictures when I have that figured out, but let's just say my eyes are going buggy! lol

she is quite a picky client so I really hope she likes it. Otherwise it might stay at my house and warm my bed!

That's quite a huge endeavor, really striking colors. You did a wonderful job, pat yourself on the back! :-)

So here it is all done. The borders are on. It looks kind of weird the lace part, but I don't care. As long as she doesn't complain!

I really love this quilt! it's gorgeous and you did such a nice job. I don't think I will ever attempt one that large. You are a Saint to do it. Great job!
