Its a very easy pattern! Give it a try. Its no more difficult than a "regular" DD9P

I've done that with eight 6" charm squares (no squares alike in the entire quilt), and a yellow center square. After that was cut and spread out, I added a darker yellow center square and white squares on all sides. When I cut up that big block, flipped two of them, and sewed it back together, I ended with a 23" block. Doesn't take many of those to make a quilt. Lots of white space makes it look "Modern", and gives lots of room for some cute quilting. I made mushrooms.
