I dragged one of my "Quilting Cohorts" over to our local Salvation Army Thrift store and take a look at what I got. I dug through a small closet full of some of EVERYTHING. Most of it was either a polyester or knit material along with several boxes of crochet thread and some regular worsted yarn, but I did find something worth snatching up. I only paid $8 but my friend got a few pieces too and I was the only one with cash. Man I love staying in a small town!

What a great shopping trip. I have found that you can stop every other day at the thrift store and find good bargains every time. You really hit the mother lode this time. Have fun sewing.
