Very cute! How about a thin white and then a wider of the Minny Mouse fabric.

Ditto what Dragonfly said. because I was going to suggest that if you have enough Minnie Mouse left use that. It is an adorable little quilt.

I would agree you need a dark inner border thin
and then a larger outer border
