You can find it on you tube. I've tried both of them. My regular one came out fine. The one like what you've done with curving in the sides (for me) came out looking very uneven.

I think it looks fine. Each time you do one it well get easier and more to your liking.

The corners are off just a tad. But,I love that fabric. Keep trying. Practice makes perfect. It'll click for you.

Its Moda something and I bought it on ebay all cut into 5inch squares. 250 for 30. I bought 60!

You have done it right. You can leave the folds unfolded, and have a little triangle pocket, or do what you did. It sometimes helps to have the seams on the back pressed open. This let the points lay better.
