I made this for my golf partner's new grandson. Had to take my sewing machine into the shop in the middle of this project so there was a bit of delay. I took a picture before washing and then after washing so show how it crinkled due to the cotton batting. I like that effect. I am liking my new hobby! I hope AJ likes it!

Go Clifford! What an adorable quilt. It's so pretty! I love the way it looked after washing. And you know it will just become more loved (and comfy) with more washings.

The Clifford print is just darling! I teach Preschool and he is one of the little kids' all time favorites! I like the color contrasts as well.

(Your dogs in your avatar look so much like our last miniature poodle, Marvin. They are such neat dogs--so smart with so much personality. We always left him furry around his mouth and feet like yours are (no traditional poodle cut for him).

    Joan-
Those are my 2 Doods. The black one is a Goldendoodle-half golden retreiver and 1/2 standard poodle. She is about 60 lbs. The Redish one is a Labradoodle (back cross)-he is 1/4 lab and 3/4 standard poodle. I bet he is close to 90 lbs now-I need a newer picture of him. I am allergic to dogs but can have these because of the poodle Hair and not Fur.

What a great quilt...AJ will love it for years to come. I like the heart on the back...I can't see the writing but it must be where you put the label. Really nice. Thanks for sharing.
