Default My 8th and Final Row for my RxR Quilt

This pattern came in the mail from AnokaQuilter in MN. We swapped patterns and license plates! I love it. It's from the Bay Window Quilt Shop in Perham MN. A couple of the rows in my quilt, including this one, will represent the quilting friendships in my life.

Aren't the trees pretty in this pattern? They make it wonderful.

I'll be posting my finished quilt very soon. I have the other 7 rows all done and quilted... just have to quilt this one and some blocks with license plates and put them together. This was way more work than I knew I was getting into but I loved every minute of it.

This one goes well with the cotton blossom farm. I am looking forward to seeing your layout! What are you using for backing?

I did QAYG with just bleached white muslin for the back. I figure this will hang on a wall so why knock myself out on backing? The white is fine. Now I need to 'bone up' on the best way to join the blocks.

The background is actually a long log cabin block. Get it? Log cabin-- cabin on the lake? I thought that was clever.
