While cleaning I found two old quilts my gg-grandma made in the 1940s. The first quilt is a bit stained and the 2nd one is in need of repair.

Wow! What treasures to have!! Just think someone put these heirloom quilts in an attic where no one was able to see the magnificent workmanship. The colors are still vibrant.

That's nice. You probably can get the stains out.
If you can't repair the 2nd one, can it be cut down and framed like a piece of art? It's lovely quilt and it would be a shame to not show it off.
