Thank-you very much for this. I just bought some gray and now I know exactly where to use it. I've been busy finishing UFO's but I think it's time to take a break and make one of these. I'm going to use 6 1/2" coloured blocks and 2 1/2" strips to frame the blocks. I love simple blocks that give you so much visual impact and I love quilters who are willing to share their work with others!
