Yup - comes from the French 'pensée' for thought! :D

Melissa that is one of the most beautiful quilts I've ever seen on here - and that's saying something! You should exhibit it, girl! :D

Your quilt(see my star!) sparkles and shines Melissa. Love the way you did a scallop on the inside block. Am looking forward to playing with my blocks. Thanks for sharing.

If I can get it quilted in time, I will probably enter it in our local fair in August. I know that sounds like a long way off yet but I hand quilt so it takes forever!!!!! :D

Oh, I'm glad you're hand quilting - you'll be sure to win a prize! Please show when you've done! :D

Wow What a great design you came up with for the setting! Just a stunner for sure to win a prize if you can get it done in time for the fair. I too love the yellow pansies applique you added, it really sets the whole quilt off.

WOW! Awesome blocks and awsome quilt! I love the way the center is on point and surrounded by that applique border. You are so talented!

Melissa, that will be fabulous hand quilted! Maybe if it rains enough and keeps you indoors long enough you will get it done in time. In the spring with nice weather, its very hard for me to quilt at all!
