Default oz quilt

here is the finished pictures of my ugly fabric swap challenge quilt. The ugly fabric swatch was used for outer borders. It reminded my daughter of tornadoes so went with Oz theme. The backing shows my Poppies that put Dorothy to sleep only my poppies are of blue to match the rest of the quilt. It measures 40" x 40" and will be given to great granddaughter who is due in august.

Precious. Congrats on the great granddaughter. Toto is so cute. Ugly fabric? I think it's really cute. The poppies are so unique. Fantastic quilt. It's got everything including the twister. Wow.

Take from a gal who is originally from KS, if this was what tornadoes looked like, I'd be happy to welcome one to my neck of the woods! This is too, too cute! Ugly? No way! Darling!
