My daughter took a 4-day quilt camp at an LQS called The Cotton Patch. She had a ball and we went today for the "show" - it was her first real attempt working with a sewing machine, making anything at all for that matter. It was a ball for her, and me (I got to work on her binding a bit today...you'll see us at the machine together).

Enjoy!

Me and Sophia - helping her with binding. It was pajama day so all the girls were in their jammies!

What a fantastic idea....make new friends, have a fun time and create something beautiful and useful. What great memories this time will make for them.

Your daugter is a cutie, and she did such a GREAT job on the quilt , you must be very proud ! Of course you realize that now she will need her own machine and stash, or she will take over your stuff  LOL
