I bought this panel last Spring because it was just so darned cute. I had to order the border fabrics online because the panel was bought up north and no shops here carried it. It is from the Frolic line by Moda. It was a hoot to quilt. Pardon the pun. :D
For the backing, I used some beautiful fabric from Italy that I received in a swap on Swap Bot.
