Anyone that can tackle such an overwhelming job needs to be congratulated! Awesome work and what an heirloom for future generations to appreciate.

You have definitely made it modern yet its still very traditional. That is a true work of art. I think you are an amazing quilter. Grand job!

Lacelady, this just showed up on the Quilt of the Day corner, and I'm so glad it did!!What an amazing quilt, and I can't believe how quickly you created it. I am wowed. I love the colors, how you arranged them, the Celtic quilting, and everything about it. The next time I travel to Ireland, I'd love to meet you!

I was reading about your fund raiser and that 'house' quilt earlier, so recognized your name on the beautiful quilt. Truly a perfect work of artist talent and quick hands...to do all that in a short amount of time. Takes my breathe away, it is sooo lovely!!

A new group is starting up in the BOM of QB in January 2014 making Dear Jane. In an insane moment, I signed up with the Quilting on the Square BOM to begin in January 2014. While I am the fifth generation removed from Ireland to the USA, I hope I have the 'grit' to do the work in two years or less and it turns out half as well as yours.

Wow what an accomplishment in that time frame. I can see how you can get carried away with a quilt like Dear Jane and not want to stop making such cute blocks. Well done and can't want to see what your next quilt will be

Amazing quilt and time results!

MiraB ... the way you sew, I bet you could do it in the six months ............. or less!
So does that mean you are joining our DJ-non-BOM/BOW in 2014?
