Yes I did! It was from a fq, Cut on the bias at 1 1/4, then folder into thirds and pressed.. End result 3/8 bias tape.

I am looking into a couple books myself.. one called Celtic Quilts "A New Look for Ancient Designs" by Beth Ann Williams.. right now it sells over my budget!
