It's sooooo easy to do! The pattern is Disappearing 9 Patch, if you have a look on here there are several links, that's where I got it from. If you have fabrics with a clearer contrast the pattern is more distinct. I wanted a "messy" random jumble of the colours, for a couch quilt. Really quick to put together (this took me only two evenings) and no difficult seams to join, it all sits nice and flat.
This will be backed with a baby blue faux fur, similar to my other couch quilt. :-)

Superb use of color! The dots just make the quilt sparkle. Thanks for posting. More inspiration for me to get started on a project. I have found sooooooo much inspiration on this board!. Dixie in Alabama

It's the perfect pattern when you have some material you just want to throw together.

The kids think it looks like it got left out in the rain. A perfect description!
