Gorgeous quilt; hard to believe this is your very first. You did a fabulous job and managed to retain your sense of humor!

You did a great job on your quilt, you should be proud. We always are own worst critics. Love the colors.

I am totally impressed and you absolutely should be as proud of this as you are! My first quilt was a hot mess but I still love that silly little thing. This is stunning. Beautifully pieced and the quilting is just right for it. Not so dense that it takes away from the beauty of the fabrics or the piecing. You're in for many years of awesome quiltmaking!! Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

What a beautiful quilt!!! I am awe-struck that this is your first quilt! But the pic I like best is the one with the finished quilt and the cup of coffee/cocoa....it looks so soft and cuddly....would be great to curl up in it! Congratulations!! Polly

Very impressive!! I, too, am going to be anxiously awaiting your next quilting project. Very well done. I like the hot cocoa picture. Do get into applique...it's really alot of fun. Thanks for sharing.
