I still can't figure out what a 'stack and whack' is!Would someone take pity on me and tell me what it is? I have visions of stacking material and cutting it all the same size. If I do that, the fabric shifts and I end up with peices of fabric I can't use.

That's what the border pattern turns out to be? It looks difficult, but I want to do one so bad. Please reassure me that it is not as hard as it looks. Do you need a pattern, or just a technique?

Love it! They aren't hard, you just have to do one step at a time.
