Oh wow! I'm also in my forties and just started sewing/quilting! I'm kind of on my own learning though. I'm all over the net looking at lessons, lol. What an inspiration you are to me! Thanks, that's just beautiful!

Very nice! I beleive I started quilting in my 40's. Its a good time to start because the kids are all at school.
