As I had mentioned before, one man's trash is another man's treasure. *I* thinbk your quilt if truly striking!

Maybe we could have an ugly quilt UFO trade here with members posting quilts they're willing to gift or trade for another. Perhaps we could even end with them being donated to a particular cause.

Its not the iffy blocks that I see when I look at it..its the awesome color and movement. I hope you finish it. And your an expert flying geese maker now. Don't give up! I am reading "Mastering Precision Piecing" by Sally Collins. She says.."If your disappointed in your end result after investing so much time, effort, and expense..then maybe you should go back and look at your construction process." Improving your fundamental technical tasks are the way to go. If you off 1/16th of an inch that will add up. If your seams aren't straight...that will certainly show up. Nobody said you have to sew at light speed..but I find myself putting the pedal to the metal so to speak to get done quick. I have slowed myself down and am watching my own fundamentals. I want to improve myself..I have quilts to make. =) You have a beauty there..I hope to see the finished quilt. =)

A nice red or black binding would really bring out the colors.
