How cute! Now that is a very happy little face. So adorable. I am happy that she is showing an interest at this age. Have fun & enjoy the time together.

I agree! Sewing is a great skill - there are so many fun things out there for her to sew!

What a sweetheart, the look on her face says it all. Way to go Grandma. She will remember this the rest of her life. My grands are all grown and when together still talk about making a quilt at Grandma's house. Two still have those quilts in their cars. The others say they still have the quilts in their homes.

It is fun to see others you love enjoy your passion also. I noticed that you have a Janome. Is it a 6600. It certainly looks like one. I just got one for Christmas and can you believe it is still in the box. I only opened the bag with the feet and place them in the case and looked over the book. I've been too busy with company (which I am thoroughly enjoying) to get it out. Maybe today will be the day at least for a little while. How do you like the machine? thanks for sharing.
