This is a picture of the laptop quilt I use when I watch tv or sit on our couch. It is made from scraps left over from various baby quilts. The backing is flannel.

I just love it! Reminds me of the only one I remember my grandmother making. She and her home extension lady friends. I just love all the purples in there! Looks very cozy for tv watching or reading a good book!

EVERYBODY loves purple! Bet the flannel backing feels nice! I've never tried that--good idea to file away for later.

Sort of 'blast from the past' to get an email regarding this thread. I haven't been posting here much these days, as I have been dealing with various medical issues. I have been quilting though!
