Hi, Yes it is fussy cut and then appliqued on by machine using a fancy stitch.

I used the basis of a Tutorial on this board. Go to Tutorials and search Jackets. I followed the excellent one by Terri.

You can line them or not. I didn´t with this one but probably the next one I make I will.

Gabby, there are already Tutorials on how to do this on the Tute Section. thats what I used and just modified it.

Just get a sweatshirt 1 size bigger than you would normally wear and cut the back and front, then the sleeves off. cut the ribbing off the sleeves and the bottom of the shirt. I then ironed the pieces and cut my fabric out using the shirt as the pattern. I then fussy cut pieces of fabric out and appliqued them on using a nice stitch. Sew it all back together and thats it.
