I just preordered the upgrade to EQ7 while they have such a good price on it. I feel a little guilty since I haven't gotten proficient with the one I have yet, but the new features look so great and the discount was so good that I couldn't resist it.

Maybe this summer after school is out I can get better at using it. Does this qualify as a UFO or maybe a WIP? LOL

If you didn't have the 4 or the 5, can you still jump in with the 6 or do you need the others before it?

enquering minds need to know, because I'm to stupid to try to figure it out on my own..

Has anyone tried the EQ Quilt design wizard program? Is it similar to the other EQ's?

You can jump in with the 6. No previous one required, just practice and read the manual to learn how to use it.

I like the fact that you are not limited to the number of computers it can be installed on, just that you can only have 2 computers up and running it at the same time. I can't imagine why one would have it running on 2 at once unless your DH is using it at the same time.

I will install it on my laptop, net book, PC in the office and PC in the sewing room.
