working with freezerpaper needs a littel bit habituation but afterwards it was very simple for me.
Her book is called: Picture Piecing: Creating Dramatic Pictorial Quilts. You can find it on her website www.englanddesign.com

My next projekt is to make a quilt with my old beetle convertible. The pattern is already finished... only freezer paper is still missing...

I took a class with Cynthia England a couple of years ago and loved her techniques. Sadly, I've never finished my class project. Yours looks great!

Holey Moley! I'm impressed beyond belief here! That drawing is AMAZING... pm your address and I'll send you some freezer paper just so I can see that volkswagen completed! My head is STILL spinning over your work...oh, your barn is really nice too! Lucky you to have had the opportunity to sit for that class... but, I'm going to give you a lot of credit for having some BIG talent of your own!
Thanks for sharing!

Wow!! The VW beetle project looks very ambitious!! So many pieces! Good luck, and be sure to post pictures when done. I really want to see it finished!!

I'm stunned at the beauty of your barn picture. Thank you for sharing it with us! If I saw what had to be done for your car--I'd run away screaming. You go girl!!

Let us know if you found some freezer paper.

What a lovely quilt. I have a passion for red barns and grain elevators found in Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada
