    See, by the time I submitted this, flash, the whole quilt, almost, appeared before my eyes.. What a treasure to keep.

    Hey CajunQuilter - I hope to see a block for the cotton. I grew up in the cotton fields of North Louisiana, so that is what I associate as representing my ole home state.

    Wow thanks for the great idea. I will have to go on a hunting mission. Would love to find some fabric with sugar cane as well but I would imagine that is an impossibilty

    I'm trying to think of things for NY.. maybe I'll just go with a things that are special for DH and I in NY. Do you think there is bullhead fabric? LOL

    I think it is great. What do the motifs that are a repeated pattern represent? Is it a logo of Louisiana?
