Default My Practice Quilt

This is my first FMQ. I have tried meandering on some wall hangings but this is my first try at quilting designs on a quilt. It has so many mistakes but I am just happy I got the nerve to try. Probably should have done a lot of practice on some quilt sandwiches but I wanted to see if I could manage a quilt. Although it is small I just used it for practice before I try a larger one. Boy do I need a lot of practice. Hope the quilt police are not around.

I think you did a wonderful job! I just tried my first pattern quilting and I can tell you it didn't come out as well. By the way the quilt is also a beautiful pattern. Love it.

First of, that is a beautiful top, secondly I would let you quilt mine. If this your first great job and only you will see mistakes. I believe it's a work of art. There is never any quilt police here.

I agree--it looks great and a very cute pattern. We all see our mistakes more than others do--it much be a lawy of nature or something

Thank you ladies. It certainly full of mistakes but I loved the process. So much encouragement from this board. I would never have tried but for you all.

Great job - I have been FMQ for a while and not nearly as good as you are.

You must be a natural at FMQ! Amazing this is your first try on a reg. sized quilt. Bravo
