I just looked at the first post. Good grief, what was she using a jack hammer? It was a beautiful quilt and thankfully Aubrey saved it!

So wonderful your quilt was saved. It is a beautiful quilt. Bad longarm quilters is why I bought a LA machine.

What a SAVE!! It looks fantastic! I bet you were overjoyed to see this beauty in its "new" condition.

Your quilt looks great now !! And yes, sorry you had to deal with that LA girl. Perhaps a washing or two, and maybe the fabric will be more forgiving. Thanks for Posting.

So glad this story has a happy ending. Congratulations to you for your persistence and to Aubrey for being able to fix it. I do hope you are sharing your experience with other quilters in your area about the first LA's quality of work.

Such a pretty quilt! I'm so glad Aubrey saved it for you. Excellent quilting job this time. I consider myself an amateur when it comes to the quilting part, but I can certainly do better than the long arm quilter did. I'd be ashamed to send it back to you in that condition, much less charge for it!!!! That was horrible!

EXCELLENT job and thanks for coming up to help save the quilt. I can imagine the unpicking, and washing took about and if not more time than the quilting in the end. YOU ARE VERY KIND to have offered. Well done to you both

Looks great now . The first quilter should have given you a full refund without hesitation and without being asked!
