I live in Sun City and I belong to Maze Stone and Valley Quilters both in Hemet. The quilt will go in the Hemet show in Feb.

I will have to take some more pics when I get it back from the longarmer in a couple of days. Thank you for the compliments.

Oh My

I love, love, love your quilt. It's just so beautiful, good luck with the show entry. Can't wait to see it once it's quilted.

Thank you to everyone for all the compliments. I loved the pattern the very moment I laid eyes on it. Sue Garman is a master at creating beautiful applique patterns.

Wow. Amazing...can't even find the words to describe how pretty it is. How many hours did it take?

I did not keep track of the hours, it took every evening, about 4 hours each for about 9-1/2 months to complete the blocks and another couple of days of choosing borders, shopping for border and backing fabric and then piecing the sashing and borders. I loved every minute of it. I spent many hours in the quilt shop finding the right border and backing fabric with the wonderful assistance of my LQS ladies.

Thank you for all the wonder feedback on my quilt. I am as excited about it today as I was with my first day working on it.
