sorry the quilting I got it off of craigslist for $1100.00, the frame and the machine. What a steal, I jumped in the car, with a friend who has something similar, and she said you better take it, so we loaded it up, but It is in the living room, and is driving me crazy, I need more space.

I love them all. The one for the wedding gift...I had all the same prints in my basket in the yellow/lavendar colorway. Old fashioned looking..yes and that was why I loved it. I put them back when I saw that they had a different palette back in stock that I wanted more. To bind the antique looking quilt, I would use binding that is cut on the bias. It will have a little more give and won't cause puckering so much as you stitch the binding down. I have lots of old old quilts that were hand stitched and they have wavy edges too. I think people maybe didn't pay so much attention to the bias when they were cutting way back when. All of the quilts are lovely. Three in a week?? What will you do for an encore? LOL!

You did great on your two quilts and the one you bought reminds me of the quilts of the 70's made in Oklahoma and New Mexico. Your colors are perfect.
