Ok it is not much but here is where I currently sew, my daughter just signed her first lease today and I will be taking over her room in a month.

The quilt on the bed is a log cabin scrappy quilt I am making for my daughter. I wanted to make it bigger to fit on her bed so I added the black sashing strips in between each of the blocks. In total the quilt will have 169 different fabrics when I am done.

My sewing table, shelves above hold bins of projects

Stash on floor, the dresser is full of fabric too

Your scrappy quilt looks great. It has a modern feel.

Hey, whatever works for you is great. You have what you need and make it work. Quilt is neat.

Great use of the space you have! I also have a dresser I use for fabrics and supplies. I also have one of those pin cushions similar to yours that a co-worker made for me.

Nice scrappy quilt too. She will love it!

I like the quilt very much. Looks more modern than the normal log cabin. Just right for a young girl! At least you have a room to sew in, my machine sits in one crowded corner of my bedroom!

Thanks the quilt is a scrappy log cabin, block of the month from my LQS. This one lasts for 6 months instead of a whole year so I can actually get more projects done this way!

Thanks, I will have a hard time, she is my only child and now she is leaving home, this will be a big transition for me so by diving into turning her room into a studio it may help me!
