Default My Singer 201 arrived today!

My Singer 201 arrived today! I haven't tried it out yet, my Father is going to look it over and make sure everything is good on it first. Plus he is going to build something to set it in. Can't wait!!!

Awesome!! I have one, too, but haven't had a chance to clean her up and get her running. Don't you just love how these old machine look?

I wish you lived closer....I would give you one of my extra cabinets. I have w-a-y more cabinets than I need but it seems that all of the vintage machines I have been buying come with the cabinet, too!

Have you also posted this picture in the Vintage Machine section of the forum?

I sewed on one for 50 years and I still have it. I wore out a part and need to have it fixed. Mine is a 1957 Singer 201 in a pure cherry wood cabinet. It is the original cabinet.
