Bravo! The young man deserves applause for designing a lovely quilt, making most of it, and of course the initiative for wanting to make a quilt for a friend!

I am really impressed with his work and dedication. What a nice young man to want to do something like this for a friend. And how wonderful of you to help him get his gift completed. The friend is a lucky person.

Kudos!!! From start to finish you showed what a good mom you are - and it is also apparent in what a kind and giving young man you have raised. You could have said no - there was not enough time - or discouraged him in other ways - but you supported what he wanted to do - and then offered the guidance and help that was needed when it was needed. Great story - and great cooperative quilt. Lucky girl too.

Sounds like you have raised a great kid , hope he knows what a great mom he has to help with this on short notice. I'm sure his friend (are you sure it's not a girlfriend?) will love her new quilt.
