hi
newbie here and i finished two quilt tops..the light one is a jelly roll
the next one is free pattern i found on the internet..not sure what i did wrg with the jello roll..i think i placed them wrg..suggestion welcomed

Hi Loretta, and welcome to the Board. This is a great place to hang out!!

I like your quilts very much. The top one does appear to have a couple of pieces turned differently than the pattern, but I think it still looks OK. If you didnt' know it, I don't think it would be noticeable!!

It's a good idea to lay out your blocks or pieces , stand back and look before sewing together. It's really easy to get confused when placing sections. I know!! I do like the fabric you used, and I think your piecing looks fine.
