It would be neat if we had one person from every state on board! Gerbie

Not only do they look great I am wondering if you would share how you did yours so that I can copy! I really like the "movement" in them!

Wow - they're all looking great!! I love what everyones done so far!!

I gave up after attempting to make my first snowflake.... it came out either a 1/4 or 1/2" too small for some reason! I am so not use to working with such tiny pieces!
But now after seeing all of yours, I think I'm going to give it another try!
:)

Mary Anna, Sharon M and Daisyboo9 here is how I made the row:

I draw a chubby heart shape ; repeated it on double side fusible web 3 times for each shamrock. Stems were cut from fusible leftovers between heart shapes. Fused hearts on a 4.5 strip of background fabric and machine appliqued.
I set the pieces at random - distance between each other, position and distance from top/border - to get movement.
Thanks for asking.

PS: I fuse the web on fabric before piecing the shapes ... :)

MollieSue, do give it another try. If I can do it anyone can. I finally had to admit the snowflakes weren"t perfect but unique

Thanks ligia! I will give that a try...I do love the movement you've given yours! they look like they're dancing on air!
Thanks again for sharing your info!
Kind Regards,
MaryAnna
