Default Navy Quilt for My Son completed

First off all I would like to thank everyone for their help with putting this together. I have had fun making this, but there are a lot of things I would do different. It was suppose to be a wall hanging; but turned out king size. Hope the pictures come through. I am now making the label and am lost for words. I will name it "From Sea to Shining Sea Tour." The label will read: "To Raymond & April, Thank you for your service to America. Thanks for your courage and dedication." I will have an embroidery eagle on the label. What do you think?

What a great idea! My son has just become an Ensign and is now working on becoming a NFO. I might have to follow your lead that is really an awesome quilt.

Your quilt look like something I would expect to see hanging in a Naval museum teaching us the history of the navy. I'm trying to say that it is an outstanding tribute to your son. I'm sure the quilt is destined to be a family heirloom. I think you did a fabulous job on it.
