I am using the parallelogram die for my go...I made a beautiful design from their website...but I don't want to make it a small quilt...I want something bigger...I'm afraid if i make more of the same block....it won't look right...

Help me turn this into a masterpiece please :-) I'm open to ANY and ALL suggestions!

Maybe if you put some plain blocks of your background fabric in between it would work. Good luck and be sure to show us the finished product.

If you have more fabric, do a border around these 4 blocks
& make more blocks as a border around that. Repeat until
it is as large as you want.

I think it would look great no matter how many blocks you make. Just my opinion :)

I agree, this is a wonderful solution.

How would they look on point with un-pieced blocks in between them? This would stretch the blocks out and you wouldn't need to make that many.

i would put the four blocks on point, filling in with solid black, then add the print border then green then black.

I'll think I will do very similar to this...I will do black all the way around...then make 1/2 square triangles of the fabric used as another border, and then another border of the one i actually picked for the border LOL Hopefully that will fill it out some!
