yes, it is the same border as the first, thanks for the input - I was leaning more toward the thicker red border but didn't know if it was too much.

That is going to be stunning! Definitely go with the thicker red and thinner white with the wide black. Love it!

I don't know if I should put my two cents worth in here. But, when I saw your quilt I thought wow that would look great with a grey border to finish it off. That or a print with grey, red and black in it.
