Whatever you do will be good. My preference would be the thinner red border, medium white and thick black

My eye likes the thicker red border, but doesn't care for such a skinny white one between the red and the black,
unless you are going to bind in red (?)

I like the first one with the thicker red and narrower white border....great quilt and wonderful work.
