Attached is a pic of quilt I made for my grandson. I know there is a name for the pattern but for the life of me can't think of it. I know it's not Trip Around the World. I'm sure one of you quilters can give me the answer. Thanks!

Oops.....in case you can't determine the pattern thru the picture, the squares are in a pattern all on the diagonal.

it probably has a bazillion different names.

one name for that layout is "Streaks of Sunshine"
another is "Streaks of Lightening"

nice and cheerful, that quilt of yours. good job.

Not sure what it is called, but you did a wonderful job on it. I'm sure your grandson loves it.

Kind of like one I made this weekend.
"Square Dance" made with 8 fat quarters
by Bits 'n Pieces
www.bitsnpieces.net pattern #610

Also kinda looks like a quarter size of trip around the world too.

You could also check www.quilterscache.com blocks galore section too.

Hope this helps some.
