One of my favorite blocks! While you did a great job making sure that the colors carry throughout, I might try a slightly different combination. I found that only using three colors worked better for me. When I get home I can send a picture of one of my blocks if that might help.

Here you go....I think the difference is not just that I used three fabrics, but that the darker are used on the HST creating the visual of the diagonal, rather than the square.

It's hard to pick the one I like best. At first I thought #1 then I went to #3. Then I said, Aw heck 2's pretty too.
