It's come together and I like it. I have one this far, and one more stable ready with horses cut out. I have fabric for two more. My friend Angie is getting one. :-D I had to show her to get advice on how to deal with that line of stitches on the chest.

Still need to decide if buttons should go on the hatlers. I bought some cute ones. In the book, the horses are wearing bridles--which would have conchs (I think that's the word) there, but halters usually do not. Still thinking....

I also have not a clue how I'll quilt these. Most likely stitch in the ditch as much as possible. Since they are wall hangings, they won't need much.
Those are great. thank you for sharing. Penny

See, I told you it would look great! And I've decided it's Tucker and Mazie and Gypsy.

You did great! And I too like it better than the original. But then I'm definitely prejudiced! LOL

Beautiful job! I just love horses! I believe they are one of God's most wonderful creations! Even though I was a city girl growing up, I always loved horses--just seeing them was a treat. WLee

Absolutely gorgeous!

My granddaughter would love this. She has one horse blanket but nothing as nice as this.

Great job!
