What a great quilt to add cheer to the day. Is "Neon surprise" the name of the pattern or what you have decided to call this one? Now, I do have one or three scraps to toss in the mix.

the original name of the pattern is as long as the story that goes with it, so i decided to call it something simpler as i prepare the instructions for eventual [i hope] sale on the internet.

The Neon part came from the colors. The Surprise? that i liked it so much when it was done.

As a commercial offering, it'll be called Surprise Party ... because like most quilts of its type, no two are alike and - unless you "ruin" it by planning the whole thing in detail - the end result will be a (you guessed it) surprise. :P
