New baby quilt inspired by Missouri Star Quilt Co.

Jenny at Missour Star Quilt has such great free tutorials... if you haven't seen them google MSQ Co. and watch a few. This is my disappearing 4 patch for a friends first grandchild. I tried to copy the swirls in one of the fabrics for my quilting pattern... I need more practice with free motion., I hope the baby won't notice

I watched that tutorial and want to do a disappearing 4 patch. Yours turned out very cute. I was even thinking of doing it as an eye spy. Yours is so cute, maybe I should do it with cute fabrics that go together. Thanks for sharing, and reminding me I need to do one too.

Very nice. I think your fmq is great. I, too, love MSQC tutorials.

Such a lovely quilt!!! But you can't give it away like that....I'm sure baby is going to count the stitches and let you know where you went wrong.... :P hahahaha - sorry.... I have a cheeky streak today!!! Great work and thanks for sharing. I like the D4patch too, it can turn out so special with the right colours!!!
