Very pretty quilt, love those fabrics, they really pop with those white sashing strips :D:D:D

I made the quilt below for my new niece. Precious baby who was not supposed to be as my husband's sister was told she could not have children. Anyway. The charm packs are Moda Odyssea. I saw one like it on Etsy and loved it. I would like to stipple it by hand, but not sure how to start...guess I just 'start'? I don't have a pattern and it is already sandwiched. My other quilts have been either straight lines, simple pattern, or echoed. I would like to do a swirly type pattern. Any opinions??
I've never tried to hand stipple before, so no advice there, but I had to say that it was lovely quilt.

Welcome from Iowa! Beautiful quilt! I love those fabrics :)
No help with the quilting part as I don't do my own but "swirls" would look awesome on there!
