Default New Quilts in 2022

These are 2 quilts I started in 2022. The log cabin was made out of Kansas Troubles fabric I found stuffed in a drawer.
The other quilt was made using a Deb Tucker ruler. And I wanted to work with pastels. Both are quilted and bound!

These are both great quilts! I have yet to make a log cabin. The thought of cutting all those different size strips discourages me. I don’t like the cutting out part. Is that Deb tucker ruler kinda like a kite shape the white on your quilt? I really like the bright cheery colors.

Congrats on making 2 lovely quilts and its only Feb....that's 1 quilt a month! You are off to a great start.
Your colorways are so different for each quilt. I like working with different color themes when I make quilts. Thanks for sharing!

Two for two. You are on your way to 12 for the year! Great effort and excellent results. And you used what was on hand, which makes it even better!. Congratulations!
