New Tin Lizzie LS does two quilts to start 2013 off great.

I usually just read post, but today I want to post two pics of quilts I recently quilted on my new Lizzie. Hubby bought her for me for Christmas and since then I have had alot of fun.
The feathered star is for my daughter, and the red chain is for hubby! The Feathered star was a challenge to make. I like the way it came out though. The red chain was alot of fun, mainly because hubby picked the pattern and the fabrics. Now for the next one. I hope the pictures work.

Thank you.. I'm trying, I love seeing all the beautiful work on this board. I now can seriously appreciate the quilting part so much more. Practice, practice cause this is a bit different. But, it's fun! Thanks..

Congratualtions on your new Tin Lizzie. I've had mine for 5 years and absolutely love her! We've spent many a fine hour together- learning as we go.
Beautiful quilts. You should feel very proud of them.

What beautiful work! I've never seen the red chain pattern before, so I'm glad you posted it. This board provides so much inspiration.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

I'm glad you posted, they are both lovely. I like the red chain, unusual pattern. The other one is beautiful too.
